One Health Fest!

A free festival dedicated to the concept of One Health – the interconnection of People, Place, Person, Planet, & Possibility.

Join us this first year as we celebrate our community’s health care workers!

Schedule of Events:

• Chair Massages– Every 15 minutes starting at 11 in the depot (Free!!)
• Yoga– We will have multiple free 40 min. yoga sessions (mats provided!) – Out in green space or in the depot, weather dependent. We will have yoga mats available for use, or feel free to bring your own
  12-12:40 Session 1- Gentle Yoga with Jenny from Hatcher Pass Yoga
  1-1:40 Session 2- Laughter Yoga with Danielle from Hatcher Pass Yoga
  2-2:40 Session 3- Yoga with Theresa from Yoga Borealis
  3-3:40 Session 4- Gentle Yoga with Jennifer from Midnight Sun Yoga
• Nature Journaling– We will have 2 nature journaling sessions (journals & watercolors provided). Limit to 15 ppl / session – sign up here

• Live Music- We will have Dave Jordan from New Orleans, Local Palmer legends 3000-21, & an Irish Folk trio! All performing on the main stage by the Pavilion.
  11:00- 11:30 Rhythm drumming with Gail Jackson CreativeRhythms (under the pavilion!) – all are welcome & encouraged to participate!
  11:30-12:40 Up from San Francisco we have Amelia Hogan and Friends, Autumn Rhodes and Jimmy Murphy- internationally renowned Irish Folk musicians that have come up for the Irish Folk Festival! Find out more about them here
  12:55- 2:05 Palmer’s own legendary 3000-21- 3000-21
  2:20- 3:30 All the way from New Orleans- Dave Jordan !!
  3:30- 4:00 Rhythm drumming with Gail Jackson (under the pavilion!) – all are welcome & encouraged to participate!
• Drum Circle/Rhythm healing– We will have 2 sessions of drum circles and rhythm healing. Everyone is welcome to participate!
• Food & Beverages– We will have the Sea Garden, Expedition BBQ, & the Lead dog all serving up some delicious food! We will also have local sodas & kombuchas flowing freely from 203 & Bleeding Heart!
• Ongoing– We will have a host of different free activities to do- water coloring, crafting, hula-hooping and more! We will have many local and statewide vendors selling food, crafts, art and local organizations to connect with about their organizations.
